1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, installing, or interacting with PromptScroll's Android application, Google Play packages, API schemas, or companion websites (available at https://promptscroll.nextgendigitalrobot.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Terms and Conditions agreement. If you decline these directives, we advise removing the application files immediately.
2. User Responsibilities
Users agree to utilize PromptScroll solely for benign design synthesis, development, creative writing, and educational workflows. You are strictly forbidden from performing distributed scraping routines, injecting SQL or directory traversal attacks, spoofing identity parameters, or utilizing altered API versions to automate interactions.
3. Content Usage & License
Prompt texts and formulas available inside or displayed by PromptScroll are intended to be copied by creators. Actions performed (e.g. prompt copies, saves, likes) are indexed to update trending and discovery feeds. You are solely accountable for ensuring that any images or outputs synthesized using our parameters adhere to external prompt engine standards.
4. Intellectual Property
The PromptScroll custom layout structures, application codes, databases, gradient themes, and design branding elements are protected by trade secret, trademark, and copyright laws. No user is authorized to modify, distribute, white-label, or package this product for resale under other directories.
5. Limitation of Liability
The application and website components are served strictly "as is" and "as available". PromptScroll makes no explicit warranties regarding uninterrupted uptime, missing database strings, or the fitness of particular prompts for downstream synthesis. Under no legislative terms will PromptScroll be liable for lost profits, project cancellations, or data anomalies.
6. Account Suspension
We reserve the sole, unilateral right to refuse service, freeze accounts, or restrict network tokens to clients manifesting automated traffic, abusive submissions, or violation of security parameters. Frozen users will lose cloud bookmark synchronizations.
7. Policy Updates
PromptScroll reserves the right to make modifications to this use agreement at any time. When critical changes are made, we notify users through push notifications, application alerts, or dynamic alerts inside the website header. Continued interaction with the services represents acceptance.
